Orgasmic Meditation Training
Orgasmic Meditation (OM) is a partnered, 15-minute mindfulness practice with a predefined set of instructions where one person gently stimulates the other's clitoris to cultivate connection, presence and embodiment versus efforting towards climax.

Training
Training consists of three hour long sessions. The first two cover the philosophy and basics of the practice and the third happens after you've experienced your first OM.
I charge $250 for the package of three sessions. If you aren't sure you want to train but want to learn more, you can book a one-off as a coaching session.
